Property Posting Rules
  • Do NOT Post Properties on your own. All Property Posts MUST be done by the Admin.
  • Send All Property Posting Requests to WhatsApp (954) 415 0122 OR Rich@JointVentureHere.com
  • When your property is posted, do not communicate directly with the Buyers/Commenters.
    All Deal Flow and Communication regarding the sale of properties shall flow through the Admin Rich.
    Consider the Admin/Rich the BROKER for the Group. He will act as a go-between.
  • If a Chat Member requests a product or service you offer, you may reply to them directly in the chat
  • Operate By Your Industry's Code of Ethics. In case you didn’t know what those are:
    Keep Your Word, No Stealing, No Fraud, No Circumvention, No Slander, No Breach of Contract. No Silly Business.
